On this page we want to share some baking inspirations with you.

Our recipes are mostly made up by ourselves, but don't be afraid, we share only the good ones with you!

5. Gefüllte Rotwein-Plätzchen

I found this recipe on one of my favorite baking-blogs, the "Glücksbäckerei"  and changed it a little bit.
The cookies are really juicy because of the marmalade and are perfect for the cold winter times!

You need
  • 500 gram flour
  • 0,5 package baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 270 gram butter
  • 200 gram sugar
  • 6 tablespoons red wine
  • 2-4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 spoons cinnamon
  • 1 spoon nutmeg and cloves
  • apricot marmalade for the filling
Mix the flour, baking powder, the spices and sugar. Heat the butter a little and cut it in little peaces in the duff. Knead it and add the red wine. Mix it really well and put it in the freezer. At least 2 hours, the best over night.

Coast the duff and cut out your cookies. Pour the marmalade over the cookies and cover them with an other cookie-dough.
Bake them by 170 degree celsius for 10 minutes.
Cover them with chocolate, if you want to.
Eat them. All. Now!

butter-egg-mix

Don't be sparing!

mix the flour and baking powder and add it to the mixture.
If you want to, you can add no the apple-marmalade.
In the end add the apples and mix it all together.
fill the dough in the muffin shapes and bake it for
about 20 minutes by 180°C

2. Christmas-Chocolate Bread

What you need:

250 g butter or margarine
250 g brown sugar
120 g flour
  5   Eggs
150 g grounded almonds or hazelnuts
(if you want to you can split them up and make half-half)
 50 g chocolate powder
200 g Bitter-Chocolate (grated)
  1   Shot rum-aroma
  1   Teaspoon cinnamon
 1/2  Teaspoon nutmeg

Melt the butter in the microwave (ca. 20 minutes) and beat it creamy with a beater, add sugar and eggs and beat it all until it is fluffy. Pour the other ingredients to the butter-sugar-egg-mix and mix it until it's a homogeneous measure.
Pour the measure in a stove-sheet that is laid out with baking-paper. Let it bake for max. 30 minutes by 180° Celsius.
Afterwards let it freeze a bit, and if you now want to, spread it with melted chocolate and disperse some almond-polver over the chocolate. When the chocolate hardened you can cut it in little pieces. Done!

1. Cherry-Chocolate Cake

This is our crop from the cherry-tree in our garden.
I decided to make two small cakes and this is what I did:

1.

Pick up three hands full of cherries and remove the core of each one, like this.

2.

Put some cinnamon, chocolate-powder and sugar
over the core-free cherries and admix it.
If you like, put a little bit of Amaretto in the mix.
If you can, put the composite in the refrigerator over night.
This helps to mix the ingredients and give it all a better taste.

3.

Now you have to stir 125 grams of butter until its spumy.
Take three eggs and separate them.
Add the yellow part of the egg to the butter and stir it until it‘s spumy.
Add 100 grams of sugar while stirring it again.

3.

Add 100 grams of flour and a package of baking powder
to the egg-sugar-mix and stir again.
Now you can add the cherry-cinnamon-choclate-mix to the mixing.

4.

Whisk the white part of the eggs stiff and add it slowly under the dough, this makes the dough lighter and softer – and also the cake!

5.

Bake the cake for like 45 minutes with a heat of 175°C.

6.
Yummi
